The helmet features 3M’s patented Pressure Diffusion Ratchet Suspension, which automatically adjusts as it is tightened and helps reduce forehead pressure by up to 30% compared to standard suspensions, improving comfort throughout the workday. Its SecureFit low-profile design positions the helmet lower on the head to enhance stability and balance during movement. The integrated Uvicator™ sensor changes color from red to white when exposed to excessive ultraviolet radiation, indicating when replacement is required to maintain protection. The adjustable ratchet suspension system supports head sizes from 50–64 cm and allows multiple height and head-shape adjustments for a personalized fit.
